Disable voicemail: Contact your carrier to disable voicemail (required for forwarding to work)
Worried about losing voicemail?
Buddy IS your voicemail now. Instead of a generic "leave a message" box, every missed call gets a real conversation. Buddy captures their name, issue, and urgency, then texts you the details immediately.
The switch takes under a minute. Do it during a slow time (early morning or evening). Calls still ring through during setup, they just won't be captured if missed.
Non-plumbing calls? Buddy handles those too. If your mom calls, Buddy will take a message. Personal calls get tagged separately from leads.
